Uso da sempre l’olio di semi di lino e finalmente ho trovato un integratore che lo contiene. Lo assumo da tempo e ne sono molto soddisfatto.

Sono molto felice di aver trovato una fonte di Olio Omega che non provenga dai pesci. Per me è un ottimo sostituto! Il Servizio Clienti è molto efficiente.

Bon produit riche en oméga 3, 6, 9 et diminue la sécheresse cutanée ( péri-ménaupose).

Je le prends pour le cholestérol et pourtant je mange n importe quoi... Deux par jour , une le matin, une le soir ! Il faut 20 mg d huile de lin par jour pour le cholestérol. Et bien pile le taux qu il ne faut pas dépasser.

L'huile de lin est utile contre le dessèchement de la peau Arrivée à un certain âge je pense que c'est très bon.
